NOT TOO TIGHT. NOT FOR TOO LONG

I often ask my girlfriends who were in  relationships to describe how they feel while someone is holding their hands-- all of them say they feel secure and safe.I can not actually understand it until last friday. I have it experience myself.

it was true that you will feel like warm and not alone, but eventually as our hands stayed linked I felt discomfort. maybe because it was too tight I can not breath anymore. maybe because it was for  too long i grew tired of it. or simply because I am not yet ready.

happy four friends

last march 31, 2011 after taking the nose bleeding, brain draining exam in bio 3 my Elbi best girlfriends --kate, nikki, sarah and I decided to indulge ourselves to a sumptuous lunch and so we end up in coconut place at one silangan. it was indeed a great place to visit after being in "hell".

below are some of our pictures :

we really had a great time not because of the food. borrowing from a monologue it says-- '' it's not the food that makes the moment special, rather its the person you are with savoring the moment". I soo love these girls !

HAPPY BEING SINGLE

lunch date with left wing ladies

I've been planning to write about this experience since last week, but somehow I can not start. Today I decided to compose my first ever post in my blog. I open my computer at 8 pm right after dinner- sign in to yahoo to check my emails, to Facebook to see if "the person" is online, tumblr to get new pictures and my blog of course.
It's already 12 midnight and I am starting to feel very creative. I dunno but since I entered college I started being nocturnal. I became productive, imaginative and the like when the clock strikes 12. Anyway, going back to the my original plan of writing about last Saturday well here it goes:
Last March 12 of the present year, my roomies: ate talang and ate ke, a "kapitbahay" in the identity of ate faye and me agreed for a lunch date. It was actually my first weekend in the university this semester. After a lot of drama (hahaha) we arrive at IIRI. Instead of leaving after eating which was our original plan because we all have to review for a hell week coming, we hanged out in the Japanese garden where we also took photos. We were having a good time when this man in uniform approached us and kicked us out from the institute's premises (sabi nya wala daw kasi kaming kasamang empleyado, hmmp! intayin nya ako pag naging empleyado ako dun dededmahin ko sya !).Because none of us wanted to go dorm ( or home? hahaha) yet, we rode on a trolley we saw just in front of IRRI which would take a longer route as compare to the jeepney. It was our first time to ride on a trolley meaning we have to make it memorable. We ask manong the tigatulak ng trolley to take a picture of the four of us together using my roommate's cellphone. The next thing that happened was the highlight of that day's turn of events. It was actually a bit hard to tell the story, I do not know if I can give justice to Manong's act, but I'll try my best. Manong, upon receiving the camera phone tried to have our picture taken- you may ask why tried? well instead of looking at the screen, he peeked at the lens of the camera! and when we told him to change the orientation and to turn the lens in our direction  he actually followed, but closed his other eye like the one peeking inside a hole and look at the screen! Manong did not have to tell us to smile because we are already laughing not because we think he is stupid but because he is just funny. I don not know, but somehow Manong was able to make the four of us happy and forget that we were kicked out a while ago. The picture taken by Manong (trully yours.hahaha) is below.
